Education Requirements
Post-Secondary degree or diploma with a major in engineering, skilled trades, business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Work Experience
Proven success in new business sales with strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand client needs and motivations.
Prior experience selling facility services or similar solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manager and coach a proactive sales team, driving results and fostering a winning culture.
