NOW HIRING: Collision Technician Apprentice
LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Riverview, New Brunswick
HOURS: Full time, Permanent. 40 hours per week.
WAGES: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (or possible flat rate based on experience) + benefits.

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be enrolled in apprenticeship program for Collision Repair
Possess technical knowledge of auto body collision and mechanical repairs
Previous collision technician experience is not required, but is a strong asset
Must be reliable, dependable and show initiative
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Organized and capable of multitasking and prioritizing
Physically capable (standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.)
Reliable and shows initiative
Must have a valid driver’s license
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review damage reports and estimates to plan repair work accordingly.
Prep cars for paint
Small dent repairs
Light body work
Changing bolt-on parts (i.e., fenders, bumpers, etc.)
Assist in detail bays when necessary (prepping for delivery, polishing etc.)
Maintain a clean work environment.
Possession of own tools (specialty tools provided by the shop as needed).
Openness to learn new repair methods and operate new body repair equipment.
