The Role
As a Paid Search Associate, you’ll work hands-on in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to help build and optimize paid search campaigns. You’ll support day-to-day execution, contribute to performance analysis, and help drive measurable results for our clients.

What You’ll Do
Execute campaigns: support the research, build, launch, and optimization of paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Drive results: monitor budget pacing and key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS) and surface opportunities for improvement.
Analyze results: pull and interpret performance data, helping connect insights back to client goals - communicating in a clear, effective manner.
Test & iterate: assist with bidding, keyword, audience, and creative testing to support the continuous improvement of results.
Collaborate: work closely with Senior Associates, Account Directors, and creative partners to contribute to integrated client outcomes.
Maintain quality: ensure accuracy in campaign builds, budgets, and reporting.
What You Bring
1–3 years’ experience working in paid search platforms, ideally in an agency or vendor environment, seeking a place where they’re valued and can see the impact of their work.
Foundational skills in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - including keyword research, campaign setup, and basic optimization.
Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactivity when managing multiple tasks or accounts.
Clear communicator who can explain platform updates or performance trends in simple terms.
