Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in West Kelowna, BC Canada Team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse facility, contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Receive, count, and verify incoming vendor materials and customer returns
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
Operate warehouse management software for inventory tracking and order processing
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Assist with customer service at the counter as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
Ability to learn and operate warehouse management software systems
Intermediate math skills for inventory calculations and measurements
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Additional Information
Salary Range $42,000 - 45,000 plus benefits & profit-sharing opportunity
