The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing initiatives by acquiring new users and providing deep insights and recommendations from marketing campaigns. Working within a dynamic, agile environment, this role will work with multi-functional teams to generate new ideas and deliver results to achieve the targets set out. The successful candidate will have a passion and expertise in reviewing data and landscape to provide actionable insights to support the strategic goals. The successful candidate will be accountable for the following: After training takes place, the successful candidate will work independently on a number of tasks and projects with guidance from the E-Commerce team. Responsibilities will include: Coordinating the timely delivery and execution of paid ad campaigns Providing reporting of key KPIs for all paid initiatives to derive new findings to further optimize campaigns to meet the established goal Researching to discover target market opportunities and propose how to leverage for campaigns Participating in setting audience, placement, and retargeting goals Reviewing and identifying SEO improvements for the website Other duties and projects as assigned in E-Commerce or Marketing teams Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Business, E-Commerce, Fashion or related Digital program Experience with conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying initiatives using a variety of analytic tools is an asset Adaptable and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure Attention to detail and ability to respond to situations quickly Excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Knowledge of the fashion/retail industry an asset Currently enrolled in a university/college program which has a formal internship/co-op requirement We thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
