A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics Responsibilities: Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows, Linux). Security Updates: Apply updates and security patches. User Support: Respond to technical support requests from users. Resolve system and network issues. Train users on best practices and new features. IT Security: Manage user access and permissions. Backup and Recovery: Plan and execute regular data backups. Restore data in case of loss or corruption. Regularly test recovery procedures. Documentation: Create and maintain system and procedure documentation. Write reports on incidents and technical interventions. Update user manuals and training guides. Collaboration: Work closely with development and network teams. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on system status. Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes. Requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in system administration (internships, academic projects, previous jobs). Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with virtualization tools (Cloud Azure, Hyper-V). Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash). Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and customer service skills. Why Join Us?
