What You'll Be Doing: Pricing & Promotions -- execute centralized GT pricing strategy and realize promotional GM$ recapture/growth; support price index reporting and action plan development to achieve company objectives Achieve center of excellence through: price perception management, optimize promotions through predictive promotional modeling, integrate promotional planning as an input into Category & GTM plans Collaborate with key stakeholders (merchants, marketing team, franchise operations, store owners & managers) on promotional planning and price management processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiencies What You'll Bring Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in similar or related field. 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Similar work experience in retail environment preferred. Solid experience with leading a team, coaching, developing and empowering direct reports through high-touch leadership skills P&L and Budget management required. Strong analytics, reporting and creative problem solving skills. Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Strong understanding of metrics and reporting. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong planning, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
