What You Will Accomplish With Us As an administrative support clerk, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities: Assist with opening new client requests in our administrative system (indexing process to route requests to transactional teams). Send documents related to contract amendments processed by our colleagues responsible for modifications (electronic contract delivery process). Participate in updating and correcting client data, such as addresses, to ensure compliance with Canada Post standards. Enter information into various systems. Handle returned mail due to incorrect addresses. File letters in client records to finalize cases for transactional teams, among other related tasks.
