Why We Want You:

We are a B2B wholesaler and through our customer partners, including contractors, builders, and retail stores, our products reach their final destinations. To be successful in this role, you are an experienced Sales Rep with a track record of success. You’re a self-starter with a drive for results. We get that. We like that.

Specifically, you will:

Drive new business growth by proactively identifying opportunities, developing targeted strategies to attract prospective clients, and building lasting relationships to ensure retention and long-term success.
Establish yourself as a trusted business partner to both new and existing customers through product expertise, business acumen, and superior customer service.
Utilize CRM and other internal systems in compliance with company expectations.
Demonstrate curiosity and attentiveness to customer needs in order to proactively deliver tailored, value-based solutions that drive business impact while removing real or potential barriers.
Determine sales strategies through your understanding and manipulation of data related to the business.
Deliver on your sales strategies and sales targets through effective call route planning and execution of action plans.

Please Apply If This Sounds Like You:

A minimum 3 years B2B sales experience
Post-secondary education in business or other related field
Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record
A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service
You are goal oriented and will give your all to achieve company targeted sales goals
You are compliant and will follow all company policies and procedures.
You are a self-starter. You are able to take initiative and identify what tasks need to be accomplished to ensure success
1. Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences.
2. Must be computer proficient.
3. High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes.
4. Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees.
5. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
