Job Title: Office Administrative Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrative Manager to join our team. This role involves managing key office operations and ensuring smooth functionality of our office environment. You will play a vital role in coordinating events, maintaining office resources, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist with information technology system updates.
Coordinate and manage activities and events related to the Employee Engagement & Citizenship Program (EECP) while ensuring budget compliance.
Keep all pertinent office documentation updated, including manuals, SharePoint, and office layout/seating.
Maintain office resources such as workspace, furniture, supplies, office technology equipment, and signage.
Oversee the duties of the Safety Coordinator.
Assist with office real estate closures, relocations, and renovations.
Conduct new hire orientations and manage terminations for designated offices.
Prepare and submit office expense reports.
Prepare office agenda topics, attend meetings, and document minutes.
Act as the primary contact with building property management for security access, parking, and work order requests such as HVAC and maintenance.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This position requires working five days a week in an office environment. Shifts are flexible, ranging from 7am to 6pm, with eight-hour days. The office is located at 1 City Centre Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L5B 2G6, Canada.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mississauga, ON.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mississauga,ON.
