Position Overview
We require a full-time Reservations Coordinator to assist our revenue & sales team in the daily management and success of 13 properties. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall efficiency and revenue growth of our properties.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
Shifts: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of OTA bookings in PMS.
Track payments owing, refunds, rate adjustments & cancellations to ensure revenue is being maximized.
Enter & coordinate group bookings once confirmed by the sale team.
Work closely with each property’s guest service teams to resolve any reservation related issues promptly and effectively.
Produce revenue reports as required.
Coordinate & invoice promotional stays with our marketing team.
Work closely with the accounting department to ensure gift card reconciliation & funds transfers are correct.
Manage staff booking requests via email and telephone.
Load and update rates, promotions, and packages into the reservations system as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and practices is an asset but is not required.
Proficiency in using reservation systems and property management software.
