What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries
Coordinate onboarding, training, and other initiatives as needed
Handle offboarding and exit interviews
Assist with recruitment and employee events
Manage HRIS, payroll changes, and employment letters, and administrative duties
Support benefits and RRSP enrollment
Maintain policies and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years HR experience + related degree/diploma
Outgoing person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Integrity, discretion, and a proactive mindset
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS software with BambooHR experience is a plus
Construction industry experience is an asset
