The Solution Sales Specialist is a strategic hunter role focused on high-value mobile guarding and technology-driven opportunities. You’ll lead consultative sales efforts, positioning solutions that deliver measurable business impact for national and multi-site clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and close new technology-based security contracts.
· Build and manage a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting.
· Deliver impactful presentations and solution demos.
· Secure large-scale mobile and remote guarding agreements.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations to launch new offerings.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
· Proven success in technology or SaaS sales (security experience preferred).
· Strong hunter mentality and consultative selling skills.
· Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex solutions.
· Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Travel:
Flexible within Canada as required.
Base salary: Starting at $70,000 CAD per annum + commission plan
