Your Tasks:
Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person for order clarifications, including shipping, invoicing, quantities, and technical questions.
Complete invoicing of orders in our CRM, including through customer required third-party portals.
Manage the Orders inbox and process orders within your assigned territory.
Contact customers to clarify missing, incomplete, or unclear order details.
Manage and prioritize rush orders to ensure timely processing.
Acknowledge orders using customer specific documentation, systems, or platforms.
Review and resolve alert messages from production and notify customers of any changes.
Coordinate with the OFG group for scheduling and support on items requiring special lead times.

Your Profile:
College Diploma or a University Degree is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all customer interactions.
A strong willingness to learn to constantly deepen your expertise in measurement technology
High level of English proficiency required, bilingual in French is an asset
