REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS
Trade/Degree, preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry related discipline
Experience: 4-7 years of supervisory experience in production environment
Experience in sawmill industry
Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business
Accountable and dependable
