Jump into high priority problems and build clarity quickly
Generate bold ideas alongside leadership and help shape them into early versions
Prototype simple product concepts in tools like Figma or Replit and iterate quickly
Collaborate with engineers to turn lightweight prototypes into shipped features
Support growth experiments across content, campaigns and early product flows
Analyse operational, financial and product data to inform decisions
Switch easily between creative work, analytical work and operational work
Build lightweight workflows and processes that help the team scale
Operate with high trust, high ownership and high velocity
This is a role where you will learn constantly and touch every part of the business

🌍 Additional Notes
This role is based in London or Montreal. Some travel to the United States may be required for projects and team collaboration.
