Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team and support HR operations across multiple locations. This role involves leading initiatives in talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, benefits administration, employee relations, and engagement. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource for employees and collaborate closely with HR partners to ensure alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistency in HR practices across regions.
Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Design and implement workflow processes and organizational structures.
Manage employee benefits and oversee disciplinary procedures.
Promote employee engagement through effective work-life planning initiatives.
Coordinate with health and safety teams on claims management.
Prepare and present HR reports, including recruitment metrics and quarterly updates.
Organize and participate in employee engagement events and job fairs.
Maintain open communication with teams across various locations.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in human resources.
Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition and retention.
Experience in workflow development and organizational mapping.
Strong background in benefits administration and employee relations.
Familiarity with working alongside Indigenous communities is an asset.
Willingness to travel monthly to different sites.
Experience with HRIS platforms.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on HR.
Proficiency in payroll systems and document management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional HR designation (e.g., PCP).
Bilingual capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Open-minded and forward-thinking approach.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
