As the Senior Manager, Pricing, you will lead FreshBooks’ global pricing strategy across subscription and add-on products, including payments and payroll. You will develop pricing models, run experiments, and uncover monetization opportunities that drive revenue, adoption, and customer value. You will partner closely with Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Marketing, influencing decisions across the organization. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role ideal for someone with long-term aspirations in Product, Strategy, or General Management.
NOTE: This role can be worked remotely from any of the above locations.
What You’ll Do
Own FreshBooks’ global pricing strategy, using market, customer, and product insights to drive growth.
Build and maintain pricing and packaging models that guide decision-making across the business.
Lead the end-to-end execution of pricing initiatives, including rollouts, performance monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align pricing with roadmap, positioning, and communication strategies.
Run pricing and packaging experiments across cohorts and regions, including A/B tests and pilots.
Track and communicate the impact of pricing decisions through dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations.
Maintain a strong understanding of competitive pricing trends across SaaS and SMB financial services.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Pricing, Strategy, Product, Finance, or a similar analytical SaaS role.
Demonstrated experience building and managing pricing models with strong financial acumen.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARPU, LTV, churn, CAC, elasticity).
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience running pricing experiments and analyzing test results.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to operate with high agency, strong follow-through, and a bias for action.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have
Experience with BI tools such as Looker.
Prior experience pricing SMB financial services or payments products.
Background working closely with General Managers or Product leadership on monetization strategy.
