Temporary position for 12 months As an Advisor, Member/client sales and service, you help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients of Desjardins General Insurance. You provide customer service for the digital offer based on member/client needs. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization's standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. Specifically, you take calls from internal and external clients about our Alert and Ajusto programs, our insurance app and our online services (about things like technical support and help with creating a client profile). You also complete key clerical tasks related to digital services. More specifically, you will be required to : Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions. Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention. Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure their satisfaction. Provide support for digital services to members and clients. Promote our online solutions and digital programs. Review client needs and compile and analyze data. Handle requests and follow up as needed. Help identify your unit's operational risks and opportunities for improvement. Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field. What you bring to the table College diploma in a related field A minimum of one year of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
