The Role
This key leadership role has an overall responsibility for directing the development of the CSA engineering and design team. The manager will plan, schedule and assign/supervise or conduct broad and/or technically complex engineering assignments requiring judgment, independent evaluation, selection and significant adaptation and deviation from standard techniques and procedures.

Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the market. Salary range for this position is CDN $165,000 - $200,000 per year. Final salary will be based on relevant and applicable experience, education, and the specific skill set and qualifications required for the role.
