Position Summary Teladoc Health Canada is growing rapidly, and the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market consideration in Canada. This role is responsible for executing components of Canada’s marketing and communications strategy, including sponsorships, external conferences, company events, webinars, and the development of associated sales collateral. The Marketing Specialist will also manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email campaign development and execution that relates to sponsorship, conferences and events, plus triage related marketing support requests. While the focus is on execution, the incumbent will have the opportunity to provide input on strategic direction and will be accountable for delivering sponsorships, events, webinars, and related campaigns from end-to-end to support growth objectives. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy Execution Implement components of Canada’s marketing and communications strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Survey and assess all relevant sponsorship and conference opportunities, analyze performance and ROI of past participation, and develop a data-driven strategy to inform 2026 planning and prioritization. 2. Sponsorship Management, Event Planning and Execution Coordinate and manage sponsorship opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Handle end-to-end execution of sponsorship deliverables, including contract negotiations, branding, content development, and reporting. Provide input into the concept and organize and execute external conferences, company events, and webinars through completion. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination for events, whihc may require some travel. 3. Campaign Development Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns associated with sponsorship and events, including social media and email marketing initiatives. Create and manage timelines and performance tracking for campaigns. 4. Content and Collateral Development Produce and update sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to support events. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging standards. 5. Marketing Support and Request Management Maintain marketing SharePoint and act as a point of contact for internal asset requests. 6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and analyze the effectiveness of events, sponsorships, and campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. 7. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with B2B, HHS, and recruitment teams to ensure sponsorship and event initiatives meet business objectives. Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors. Skill Requirements/Preferences Bachelor’s degree in business and/ or Marketing required, MBA considered an asset 3 years or more of sponsorship and/or event management experience Experience with digital marketing and email campaigns Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, SharePoint and Maropost skills are an asset Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively balance operational and strategic needs Excels at managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to move multiple projects forward in parallel for multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision Can confidently adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Has the ability to work autonomously Bilingualism is an asset Why Join Teladoc Health?
