Job Description What’s the opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Growth Operations, to serve as the operational lead of the Growth Ops team, driving excellence across business operations, roadmap and pipeline management, and organizational transformation. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with leadership to shape the strategic direction of our Platform while ensuring operational excellence across financial planning, project delivery, and process optimization. What You Will Do Business Operations Collaborate with Platform disciplines and functions to manage finance forecasting (FTE and P&L) in alignment with resourcing needs and growth objectives Oversee supplier and license management, leveraging partnerships with Enterprise partners to optimize value and performance Drive toolset optimization initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness across the Platform Track and manage budgets, invoices, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal accountability and transparency Support resource management and organizational design efforts to align with strategic priorities and business demands Pipeline & Project Management Lead project management practices, including scoping, planning, risk assessment, and retrospectives, to ensure successful execution of critical initiatives Manage the intake process and facilitate prioritization exercises to align team efforts with business goals and maximize impact Monitor and report on pipeline progress, forecasting, and delivery metrics to provide stakeholders with clear visibility and accountability Drive delivery of high-profile projects to instill confidence in the Platform team's capabilities and demonstrate tangible business value Process & Change Management Design, improve, document, and educate teams on standardized processes and workflows to drive efficiency and collaboration across the organization Act as a liaison to prioritize and address roadblocks, major requirements, and best practices across teams and partner organizations Govern and manage adherence to organizational policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with enterprise standards Lead change management initiatives to support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working What Do You Need to Succeed? Must-Have Undergraduate degree Proven experience in executive engagement, stakeholder management, and people management/leadership Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and pragmatic execution approach Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence large matrix organizations, prioritize effectively, and quickly deliver solutions Expertise in developing content and tailoring messaging and presentations for diverse senior audiences Nice-to-Have Experience in process development and continuous improvement methodologies What's in It for You?
