About the Role
CVE is seeking an Operations Manager for one of their new High-Profile Accounts to oversee the planning, delivery, and execution of exceptional meal and catering services for the clients creative teams and guests. This role ensures that the offices provide a welcoming, inclusive, and energizing environment through high-quality food experiences that reflect the clients values of hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Meal Service: Manage breakfast and lunch service Monday–Friday, including buffet and grab-and-go options.
Menu Planning: Collaborate with vendors to develop diverse menus that meet dietary needs and Clients standards.
Vendor Coordination: Oversee external catering partners, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and professional service conduct.
Sustainability: Implement waste reduction practices, track surplus food, and coordinate donations.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, prepare monthly P\&L reports, and lead quarterly business reviews.
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Clients teams and vendors for scheduling, feedback, and issue resolution.
Event Support: Coordinate internal and external catering for special events.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in food service management or hospitality operations.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and multi-site operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with sustainability initiatives and waste management preferred.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with KPIs and performance reporting.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, creative environment.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
