Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic and proactive management of complex calendars and high-volume email communications
Planning and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences, including on-site support when required and coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements
Managing various Salesforce activities
Conducting research and supporting document management
Reviewing and facilitating correspondence for accuracy, tone, and professionalism
Supporting the adoption of new firm technologies, policies, and procedures and prioritizing ongoing development of digital, technical, and professional skills
Assisting with firm initiatives, business projects, and ad hoc administrative tasks
Contributing to a team-centric environment, including acting as a backup and participating in team activities
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Strong client service focus with a commitment to professionalism, discretion, and tact
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to working across all levels
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including listening, editing, and proofreading
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and firmwide applications; confident navigating technical platforms
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment; promotes adoption of new technologies
The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
