Main point of contact for business partners (Air Canada Management Team and Randstad TA Team) as a key contributor in order to deliver the best recruitment experience for all involved parties (Candidates, TA Partners, Hiring Managers).
Align recruitment policies and processes that yield solid returns in terms of getting the right people in the right jobs for increased organizational efficiency.
Work closely with the team and business partners to ensure process efficiency within the business by leveraging tools & best practices to drive continuous improvement.
The TA Process & Services Delivery Partner, with the support of the TA Delivery Specialist will serve as a resource to coach and drive the Randstad TA team in achieving performance goals and objectives and to provide leadership for all transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure the effective application and delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure the integrity of performance auditing and tracking against Service Levels.
Accountabilities (Responsibilities):
Oversee the implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies through process improvements, projects, and to drive areas of improvement of Randstad TA Team.
In collaboration with Workforce Planning, support the Randstad TA Team in establishing planning and forecasting strategies.
Identify inefficiencies and quantify improvements through the effective use of process mapping tools and documentation.
Lead and implement significant improvement projects with other functions of the organization and ensure successful completion.
Identify risks that could prevent successful deployment and develop proper mitigation plans.
Ensure that new processes are documented and that changes are communicated with impacted stakeholders.
Provide expert advice/guidance/coaching daily to AC Managers and employees in the supported divisions on all questions relating to talent acquisition.
Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients to ensure best in class recruitment experience while supporting client satisfaction.
Ensure the integrity and end-to-end effectiveness of the recruiting processes, systems, and tools.
Participate in the development, measurement, tracking and reporting of recruiting metrics and provide recommendations for additional metrics reporting.
Partner with other HR professionals (HR, LR, COE) to ensure recruitment experience, best practices and processes are in line with other corporate HR programs/initiatives.
Ensure constant communication with internal partners from different departments (training, workforce planning), supporting and finding ways to improve our new hires process.
Demonstrate strong analytical, planning, organizational, prioritization skills for data analysis and reporting.
Innovate & discuss on a daily basis, best practices with Randstad TA Team.
Follow and stay abreast of Recruitment trends through bench marking initiatives
Bachelor’s degree (an asset)
Project Management Certification (an asset)
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
Excellent problem solving skills;
Strong communicator, ability to lead and influence with or without formal authority
Strong presentation skills with solid verbal and written communication skills
Experience in HR is considered an asset
Excellent knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
Experience in the implementation of change management initiatives
Ability to think strategically and ground strategies in applicable practices.
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
