Job Description: RESPONSABILITÉS INHÉRENTES AU POSTE Le titulaire exerce les fonctions énumérées ci-après et associées au poste selon la classification de l’emploi : - Aider à réaliser les objectifs de vente du magasin en respectant les normes du service à la clientèle; - Mettre en oeuvre les plans d’aménagement du magasin afin de le rendre attrayant pour la clientèle, y compris les vitrines et les étagères, et s’assurer que la marchandise du magasin est bien rangée et propre; - Approvisionner le magasin, selon les instructions du supérieur immédiat; - Participer au contrôle des stocks en effectuant la cueillette, le tri et l’étiquetage des articles, selon les instructions reçues; éviter l’épuisement des stocks par une surveillance visuelle étroite; - Veiller à la sécurité des employés et des clients (p. ex., déneigement, dégagement des sorties de secours, absence d’obstacles à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur du magasin, nettoyage des matières déversées, propreté du magasin pour éviter des risques d’incendie ou d’explosion); - Opérer et balancer la caisse enregistreuse, traiter les transactions avec les clients en bonne et due forme (carte de crédit ou de débit, argent comptant, etc.) - Répondre au téléphone pour la prise de rendez-vous pour les cueillettes - S’assurer de planifier l’horaire de livraison et de cueillette adéquatement - Effectuer toute autre tâche attribuée au poste. NOTA : Les titulaires n’exerceront Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $29,302.00 to $32,117.32 with a maximum of $38,540.79. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
