We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commissary Manager in the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced food environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Manage All Warehouse and Production Kitchen Activities
Focus on the Food
Lead and Develop Team
Systems and Processes
Inventory control and cost evaluation
Setting up par lists and stock on hand controls
Office Management
Forecasting and Budgeting
Problem Solving
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years in warehouse/commissary in a management/supervisory capacity.
Culinary background is desirable.
Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
