En fonction des besoins, le gestionnaire affectera et dirigera le personnel de consultation de la taxe de vente et de la conformité dans l'exécution des missions de consultation, de formation et de conformité, à la fois en collaboration avec le directeur de la consultation de la taxe de vente et indépendamment de lui.Fonctions et responsabilités, conformément aux principaux résultats attendus de Ryan Personnel : Créer une expérience d'équipe positive. Tenir à jour la documentation relative aux processus et veiller à ce que l'équipe la respecte. Être responsable de la gestion du personnel et des performances. Élaborer des plans de travail et des calendriers pour les clients en fonction des livrables associés aux projets. Aider le directeur principal à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à maintenir et/ou à élargir la clientèle. Coordonner les opérations du cabinet avec le directeur. Clients : Communiquer de manière proactive l'état d'avancement des travaux à l'interlocuteur américain/indien. Servir de contact principal pour les activités des clients. Prépare et réalise les présentations aux clients. Gère les coûts associés aux différents projets des clients. Participe activement à l'International Sales and Use Tax Association et à d'autres programmes liés aux taxes de vente et d'utilisation. Formation/Expérience : Licence ou master ou équivalent en comptabilité, droit et/ou finance ; et quatre à sept ans d'expérience dans le domaine des taxes sur les ventes et l'utilisation. The Manager works with clients to identify tax savings opportunities resulting from state and federal fuels tax on transportation and non-transportation equipment. The main focus of this position is researching and analyzing state and federal motor fuels tax issues and communicating them internally and to the client, as well as maintaining existing client relationships. Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results People: Create a positive team experience. Maintain process documentation and ensure the team follows the same. Responsible for people and performance management. Develops client workplans and schedules for associated project deliverables. Assists Senior Manager with developing and implementing strategies to maintain and/or expand client base. Coordinates operations of the practice with the Principal. Client: Proactive work status update to US / India liaison. Serves as principal contact for client activity. Prepares and conducts client presentations. Manages costs associated with various client projects. Value: Researches and analyzes state and federal sales and use tax issues and communicates the results of the searches to management. Participates actively in International Sales and Use Tax Association and other Sales and Use Tax programs. Monitors all aspects of billing process and account maintenance for assigned projects. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Law and/or Finance; and four to seven years of sales and use tax related experience. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet navigation/research. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has limited supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: Standard indoor working environment. Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer. Position requires regular interaction with employees and clients both in person and via e-mail and telephone.
