Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to support regional marketing campaigns, manage content, coordinate events and logistics, oversee budgets, and collaborate with vendors. The role also includes administrative and executive support, handling communications, scheduling, and financial tasks. Requires strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Cambridge, ON.

Specific responsibilities are:
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and manage multi-channel campaigns.
Coordinate events, logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Handle marketing content, databases, and performance reporting.
Provide executive support including scheduling, communications, and travel.
Assist with administrative, financial, and project coordination tasks.
Manage office operations and ensure professionalism and confidentiality.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
To join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience accepted.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive and resourceful.
