New Path Youth and Family Services is an accredited children's mental health agency providing a range of compassionate, innovative and accessible services for children, youth and their families throughout Simcoe County. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Application Support Administrator optimizes the client information system (CIS) to support quality assurance and improvement initiatives, prepare statistical and Ministry reports and deliver training and support to end users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College diploma in computer sciences, information systems or business administration with courses in database management and statistics.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with databases, data reporting, custom report creation and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of and experience with client information systems in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing confidential client information.

French Language is an asset.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Some evening hours may be required.
Work from home opportunities for up to 14 hours per week.
Willingness to travel to other agency offices using personal vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license with minimum G2.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
