Job Description: Office Administrator Volante - Jonas Software (https://www.volantesystems.com/) In-person I North York, ON Role Overview The Office Administrator of Volante Systems is responsible for assisting managing day-to-day office administration while supporting human resource functions. This role combines strong organizational, communication, and people skills to ensure smooth office operations, compliance with HR best practices, and support for employee engagement and growth. The Office/HR Administrator will work closely with the executive team to align Finance and Accounting initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives. Compensation & Role Details Expected Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications Role Type: Backfill Role AI Disclosure: AI is not used to screen, assess, or select applicants for this role Key Responsibilities Office Administration Oversee general office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facilities management Serve as the main point of contact for office inquiries, contractors, and service providers Coordinate company meetings, events, and travel arrangements Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier, etc.) Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to drive efficiency Support Finance and accounting such as processing invoices and tracking expenses Qualifications 2–3 years of office administration experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized Canadian company Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-service mindset High degree of discretion and confidentiality #LI-VL1 Business Unit: Volante Software Inc.
