About the team you are joining
For 50 years, our training products have been helping businesses operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably, building career opportunities for the people they employ. You will be joining the IATA Training team and reporting to the Assistant Manager Training Assessment, ensuring product delivery to 100,000 students every year. We are a strong and diverse team which strives to contribute to the development of professionals the commercial aviation industry needs.
What your day would be like
•Perform the daily operations of the SDA tool, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
•Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the system, support accounts and users, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with the CBTA Centers.
•Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues that arise, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for CBTA Centers and users, providing support and resolving inquiries related to the system.
•Assist new users in setting up accounts and understanding the system’s functionalities.
•Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system, including account information, course details, and certification records.
•Generate regular reports for IATA and CBTA Centers, summarizing key metrics and operational performance.
•Maintain up-to-date documentation on system processes, user support activities, and operational procedures.
•Coordinate with the IT team to resolve system issues and implement updates or improvements.
•Develop, maintain, and update exam question banks.
•Perform quality assurance and proof-reading of exam content.
•Other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
We would love to hear from you if
•You are a recent graduate (12 months or less) with an undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, economics, human resources, or any similar discipline.
•You have experience with academic projects or professional roles that involved manipulating and analyzing datasets.
•You can multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.
•You can manage a large workload with accuracy and efficiency.
•You thrive in a multicultural team environment.
•You are highly customer oriented.
•You have excellent English written/verbal communication skills (knowledge of another language is an asset).
•You are highly proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office, Salesforce, and open-source learning management systems such as Moodle (experience with other data analytics software is an asset).
•You are meticulous and detail oriented.
•You are proactive and maintain a positive attitude.
