REPORTING TO THE STORE MANAGER, AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER, YOU WILL PLAY A KEY LEADERSHIP ROLE IN DRIVING PROFITABLE SALES GROWTH AND ENSURING AN EXCEPTIONAL IN-STORE BRAND EXPERIENCE. PARTNERING WITH THE STORE MANAGER, YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF STORE OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE. YOU WILL LEAD, RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND COACH A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAM, FOSTERING A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED SERVICE. YOUR LEADERSHIP WILL INSPIRE SUCCESS, ENSURE SMOOTH DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS, AND CREATE A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR EVERY CUSTOMER.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ALL ASPECTS OF DAY-TO-DAY STORE OPERATIONS INCLUDING ACHIEVING SALES GOALS, ENSURING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES, AND OVERALL TEAM LEADERSHIP.
- OVERSEE BUSINESS OPERATIONS IN THE ABSENCE OF THE STORE MANAGER.
- DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS THROUGH COACHING AND ENCOURAGING A CUSTOMER FOCUSED SALES TEAM
- PROMOTE THE BRAND THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF OUR PRODUCT, BUSINESS, AND VALUES
- HELP RECRUIT, TRAIN AND RETAIN A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAM
- OVERSEE STORE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING SHIFT TASK ORGANIZATION AND STORE OPENING AND CLOSING DUTIES
- EXECUTE ALL MERCHANDISING, MARKETING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION ASPECTS OF THE STORE ACCORDING TO OUR STANDARDS AND DIRECTIVES
- MAINTAIN A SAFE AND CLEAN STORE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR TEAMS AND CUSTOMERS
- SECURE COMPANY ASSETS WITH STRONG LOSS PREVENTION SKILLS AND AWARENESS
- CREATING A POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT THAT EMBODIES OUR VALUES
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 YEARS OF RETAIL MANAGEMENT OR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN A SPECIALTY OR APPAREL STORE
- PROVEN ABILITY TO LEAD, MOTIVATE, TRAIN, AND COACH A RESULTS-DRIVEN SALES TEAM
- STRONG RETAIL AND BUSINESS ACUMEN WITH A FOCUS ON ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS AND KPIS
- DEMONSTRATED SUCCESS IN RECRUITING, SELECTING, AND DEVELOPING HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM MEMBERS
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WITH A COMMITMENT TO DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES
