THE TEAM The mission of the Tax Department is to strategically minimize
Aritzia’s tax risk & cost while ensuring compliance. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is
growing and our Tax team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be
part of the team responsible for Aritzia’s tax planning, compliance, and
external audit functions. You will play a pivotal role in managing all areas of
Indirect tax, with a focus on preparation and review of indirect tax returns and
managing external government audits. With people at the heart of everything we

Aritzia — while enjoying one yourself. THE ROLE As the Manager, Indirect Tax,
you will: Research indirect tax issues and ensure Aritzia complies with current
tax legislation Effectively manage external tax regulatory audits Provide
indirect tax advisory services and support to the business THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, Indirect Tax has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or
experience in: Accounting background and experience Indirect tax experience at
public practice or in industry Managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
with strong organization skills and attention to detail A commitment to learn
and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The
ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to
quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year.
The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related
knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible
for bonus and equity. We are always looking for top talent. If your

agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
