YOUR MANDATE
You will take on a newly created position at OMG Montreal as a Media Activation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of OMG Outcomes and Creo Solutions for clients across Montreal primarily and across Canada. You will be cultivating strong relationships with internal and external clients and optimizing marketing results.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
Serve as a cross-functional day to day manager responsible for development of client solution programs, integration with agency/clients, and delivering success of Omnicom’s specialised product and service offerings for digital first and influencer solutions. You bring to the table expertise across digital, programmatic, social, influencer, and measurement on one or more products and will be further cross trained across all principal and specialized solutions, so that you can partner closely with agency teams, product owners, and clients to identify needs, recommend strategic solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Drive overall paid social strategy and associated tactics to meet client’s goals, collaborating closely with integrated media leads (programmatic, search, etc.) and creative and data teams. Consult, educate and negotiate with clients and agency partners, while highlighting successes along the way with the client and addressing obstacles and opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives, leveraging OMG strategic solutions for Performance, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and delivery.
Program & Performance Monitoring: Execute and manage the campaigns in marketing, with suite of tools to enhance optimization as well as output reporting requirements for campaigns including post reporting, insights, etc. Extract, interpret and apply insight and actions from data to campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal/external teams/clients/partners, including sales, product development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
Market Insights & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and offerings across digital, with emphasis on platform, industry, and martech landscape (I.e. CAPI, GMP, etc).
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE :
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3 years experience minimum in client account management
Experience in digital platform expertise for large advertisers, with proven examples of strong client relationship management and growth in results.
Platform expertise in two or more areas: Programmatic, Social, Retail Media, Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIN, DV, TTD, etc.
Knowledge of adjacent technologies, including analytics, DSP, ad server, SDK, CDP, DMP, BQ, and Cloud.
Deep understanding of media measurements and performance analysis.
Ability to develop and implement tactical plans.
Experience in risk management and media transparency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in developing client relationships and understanding their business objectives.
Exceptional internal and external communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Available for limited travel for key client engagements, industry events, and Google meetings.
