Are you the one we’re looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness and empowerment; to our clients, families and each other.
The HR Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and systems support across all HR functions. This role is responsible for managing HRIS workflows, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting employee relations documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legislative requirements. The HR Coordinator improves workflow efficiency through accurate data entry, timely follow-up, process tracking, and coordination between HR, IT, and Finance.
This position is a full-time, permanent position. The rate of pay is $26.75 per hour. This position is 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare employment letters, schedule meetings, manage shared inboxes, and triage HR requests.
Maintain updated employee files (digital and physical) and ensure compliance with HR documentation retention schedules.
Coordinate Vulnerable Sector Checks, OINP requests and other related documentation
Post job ads, manage candidate workflows, schedule interviews, and prepare onboarding packages
Update employee changes, terminations, and status changes in HRIS
Track mandatory training; source training vendors, manage sign-ups and reminders.
Process training invoices and maintain training logs
Respond to all general HR inquiries
Manage HR forms, policy library updates, and SharePoint organization
Support the Employee Relations Specialist with the preparation of reports and metrics for the HR Manager and CHRO.
Support staff engagement and recognition initiatives.
What you will bring:
Completed diploma or degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations.
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Rippling, BambooHR).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
