THE ROLE: PETRONAS Canada is currently seeking an Operations Assurance Analyst to join our Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) team in Calgary. Reporting to the Operations Assurance Advisor, you will support the analysis of design, and validation of effectiveness of operational compliance procedures and controls. The successful candidate should be familiar with unconventional oil and gas operation activities and have experience conducting process reviews. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Review and analyze Operational governance and control frameworks (e.g. HSE, Security, Drilling Operations, Geology & Geophysics, Production Management, Supply Chain) to ensure appropriate implementation and ongoing relevance with internal requirements Lead implementation and oversight of HSEMS and other mandatory checklists and assessments in alignment with PETRONAS Group requirements.
