What’s the position?
As part of the BI team you will:
Monitor, drive and continuously critique the performance of Operations, contributing to the delivery of a customer focused, competitive and innovative sports betting experience
Ensure the business is provided with pertinent and actionable insight to continuously improve the performance of every facet of our operational teams
Use your SQL, Tableau, and data wrangling skills to empower our stakeholders to meet our team and company goals. Experience in salesforce is a plus, but not required
Build visualizations, investigate trends and patterns, and partner with Ops to proactively solve problems using scalable and sustainable solutions
Eventually become to the go-to person for all things data for the Ops and will sometimes act as a liaison between Ops and Data Engineering
What are we looking for?
Successful candidates will:
Know more than just excel. You have experience in SQL (we use snowflake), Tableau, and data reporting. You are able to build compelling and accurate visualizations, but can also be scrappy with ad-hoc data requests. Statistical knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Experience working with Customer Operations , KYC, Verifications, RG, Customer Service, or Finance teams
Be comfortable presenting data and insights to a broad audience
Be able to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring successful completion of all initiatives, supported by strong planning, organizational, documentation and project management skills. They will also be expected to manage stakeholder relationships
Have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative area, e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
2+ years of experience in a BI Analyst role or equivalent in the iGaming space
Experience working with salesforce not required, but preferred
Have strong interest in gaming, sports, and data analysis
