As an Analyst/Associate, Marketing, at Hiive, you will be the engine behind one of our fastest-growing revenue streams: Hiive Funds. You'll own the end-to-end execution of high-velocity campaigns that aggregate investor interest for multi-million dollar SPV opportunities, launching approximately one fund per day. Working at the intersection of Sales & Trading, Compliance, and Marketing teams, you'll deploy email campaigns, retargeting ads, and affiliate partnerships that directly fill deals and drive company revenue. This is a high-impact role where speed, precision, and execution excellence are critical to success.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
Owning end-to-end execution of Hiive Fund campaigns: Launch and manage email, retargeting, and social ad campaigns to aggregate investor interest for multi-million dollar opportunities. Expect to coordinate ~20-25 fund launches per month in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinating cross-functionally to gather requirements and secure approvals: Work closely with Sales & Trading to understand deal specifics, collaborate with Compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards, and partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams for campaign support.
Managing affiliate distribution channel: Push fund opportunities to affiliate partners, track performance, and optimize the channel to drive qualified investor leads.
Executing flawless campaigns under tight deadlines: Deploy campaigns across Customer.io, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with zero errors. Speed and accuracy are critical as these campaigns directly impact company revenue.
Driving continuous improvement through experimentation: Propose A/B tests, analyze campaign performance in Salesforce, Omni, and PostHog, and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative to improve conversion rates over time.
Reporting on key performance indicators: Track fund fill rates, campaign performance, and investor acquisition metrics. Communicate insights and learnings to Marketing, Sales, and Exec teams.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign creation, preferably in B2B.
Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, display) with high attention to detail.
Experience with A/B testing and using data to optimize campaign performance.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy both matter.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with private capital markets, venture capital, or the startup ecosystem.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong copywriting skills for investor-facing communications.
