This position will be an on-site role based out of our manufacturing facility in Milton, Ontario. Accurately pick and stage materials and parts based on work orders, pick lists, or production schedules. Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to track and confirm item selection. Transport picked items using carts, pallet jacks, or other non-powered equipment. Maintain clean and organized picking areas and follow 5S standards. Communicate with inventory control and production teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. High School Diploma/GED required Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship. Only candidates residing within an 80 km radius of Milton will be considered for this position. No moving (relocation) is offered for this position. Position Criteria: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced/changing environment. Ability to read and interpret pick lists, labels, and basic instructions. Ability to work within teams/groups and work with all levels of the organization. Good PC skills, including MS Office 365, Outlook and the use of RF Scanners. Effective time management.
