Frito Lay Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supply Chain Leader in Lethbridge, AB. The position contributes to the success of PepsiCo by directing the warehouse and manufacturing frontline teams to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, cost, productivity, line efficiencies, and waste reduction. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence while fostering a high-performing, engaged team.
This position is specifically intended to lead and support the weekend warehouse teams, ensuring consistent performance and seamless execution across all shifts. The role will also require flexing hours to provide support to day and night shifts, as needed, to drive alignment, development, and results.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop warehouse frontline employees and shift supervisors to deliver results and continuously improve operational performance
Set and achieve performance standards with regard to safety, cost, productivity, and quality
Provide effective change leadership, driving business improvements while minimizing people impact
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and support end-to-end supply chain execution
Motivate and coach team members to exceed plan goals and performance expectations
Track KPIs, analyze trends, and proactively correct variances that may impact financial or operational targets
Lead cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations
Interpret, communicate, and administer company policies and procedures
Maintain regular presence on the plant floor, including weekends
Provide flexible off-shift coverage, including evenings and nights, as required to support team development and operational needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred)
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, demonstrated through a major improvement project
Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience preferred
Demonstrated planning, organization, and time-management skills
Proven frontline supervisory and leadership experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively
Ability to lead a team-based, collaborative approach to decision-making
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and adjust hours to support day, night, and off-shift needs
