Training: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Regular Schedule (after training): Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Afternoon Shift)
Overtime: Fridays, based on business needs

Position Title: Forklift Operator (Line Feeder)
Position Description
As a Line Feeder, you will be responsible for maintaining material flow and distribution to production as scheduled by the Value Stream Manager. This role requires the ability to work independently, operate material-handling equipment, and communicate effectively with the supply chain and production teams.
Position Responsibilities
Operate a forklift and enter data into the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and stocking materials, and recording inventory locations.
Supply and transfer verified materials to the production line or area as needed.
Communicate with the supply chain team regarding inbound and Kanban materials, and report shortages.
Perform pre-use inspections and report repairs for material-handling equipment.
Use the internal MRP system (e.g., JIVE and INDUSTRIOS) to complete daily tasks.
Meet the physical demands of the position, including repeated heavy lifting.
Qualifications
Experience with a Management Resource Planning System (MRP).
Forklift license required.
Experience with Stand-up Forklift required.
Experience with RFID scanning tools is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a mechanical and technical aptitude.
Demonstrates safety consciousness and hazard awareness.
Strong work ethic and ambition to learn and be cross-trained.
Enjoys physical, hands-on tasks.
Skills

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements
Tasks are repetitive, individual must be capable of standing in one place for extended periods of time.
Work is conducted in an indoor manufacturing environment, around various pieces of equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.).
Environment can be hot and have high temperatures inside the building during the summer months.
Heavy lifting required on a daily basis, up to 50lbs.
Have the ability to lift and manipulate product on and off skids/equipment.
Fast paced, efficiency driven environment.
Rigorous physical activities – pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, turning and standing primarily throughout the shift.
