About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy fresh graduate who is interested in building a career in sales. This is a work-from-office role, and the selected candidate will be required to work from our Oakville office at 466 Speers Road. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable interacting with customers, and have a basic understanding of CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information
Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects and assist the sales team in closing opportunities
Meet daily/weekly targets related to call volume and lead generation
Learn and adapt to new technologies and sales tools
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales activities and improve customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresh graduate (any stream; business/marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Strong interest in sales and customer interaction
Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Tech-savvy and quick learner of new systems and tools
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive work approach
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
