Avail CPA is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fun, fast-moving Marketing Team. You’ll team up with our Marketing Principal and Marketing Admin and collaborate closely with our Marketing and Business Development teams to help shape the Avail brand across print, digital, social, and internal platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design graphics for social, web, print, campaigns, and internal projects
- Capture and edit photo and video content for team features, events, and campaigns
- Create accessible fillable PDFs and other branded materials
- Build PowerPoint material for internal projects and client-facing presentations
- Manage content updates in our CMS tools
- Work confidently with both bitmap and vector image formats
- Support planning, posting, monitoring, and reporting across social platforms
- Use AI-powered tools and agents to support content creation and research
What You Bring
High Priority
- Proficiency with vector-based graphic design
- Experience designing for both print and digital environments
- Excellent attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Creative writing for social captions, web content, and promotional materials
- Photography and videography (capture + edit)
- Understanding of SEO basics
- Ability to read and interpret Google Analytics data
- Skills to create clean fillable PDFs
- Strong organization, research, and reporting abilities
- Familiarity with modern AI agents/tools to enhance productivity

Real Talk
We understand there are a lot of skills listed above, and we don’t expect you to be a master of all of them (if you are though, we’ll hire you yesterday). This position covers a lot of ground, but again, priority will be weighted towards graphic design. However, consideration will be given to all skillsets. Maybe you’re an advertising campaign wizard with years of proven results — we can work with that. Maybe you’re a kick-ass designer that doesn’t even know what a CMS is —we can work with that. Ultimately, we think we’ve developed a great little team, and if you seem like a good fit — we can work with that.
