Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager – Annabelle for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager – Annabelle will lead the brand’s marketing strategy and product portfolio. You will lead a team, define and implement annual marketing and innovation plans, ensuring the brand remains relevant to consumers and maximizes growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Develop the 3-5 years plan and execute the vision, value proposition, and strategy for Annabelle, aligning with business objectives of this priority portfolio.
Translate the marketing strategies into actionable commercial plans while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team (including Sales, finance, Operations, Innovation, and external agency partners).
To be an expert on the Annabelle brand and maintain an in-depth, working knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.
Analyze consumer and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Drive annual sales targets, monitoring performance, forecasts, and revenue pacing.
Collaborate regularly with the sales team to ensure alignment and proactively identify risks or opportunities within the commercial plan.
Measure the performance and efficacy of all launches and tactics using analytics.
Optimize and enhance plans to maximize delivery against revenue and profit targets.
Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Maintain and optimize marketing budget spending / ROI.
Deliver insightful presentations to leadership, sales teams, and trade customers on brand performance and strategy.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (required).
Minimum 8 years’ work experience in brand marketing, sales and CPG industry (strong asset).
Expertise in 360-degree campaigns, product launches, and post-launch product cycle monitoring.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong business acumen, marketing capabilities and an understanding of the Canadian cosmetics and skincare industry (strong asset).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience in Nielsen data (an asset).
