Job Description
Represent the brand professionally with a confident, warm, and solutions-driven approach
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to complete detailed needs analyses
Design custom organizational solutions using CAD software (laptop/iPad provided)
Deliver a consultative sales experience that focuses on win-win outcomes
Attend monthly sales and skills-development meetings
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project completion
Cultivate referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationships
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience or education in interior design or a strong ability to translate client needs into design driven sales solutions
Proven success in sales or customer facing roles where relationship building and trust directly drive repeat and referral business
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, with a strong focus on closing and revenue growth
Confidence in promoting and selling premium products
Proficiency with basic computer programs; CAD experience is an asset
Creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
Additional Information
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, Monday-Friday with some evenings and occasional weekends
Ability to work in Edmonton showroom
12 weeks of paid, on- the- job training
