The Learning Operations Lead is a strategic leader in Learning & Development, driving the design, governance, and delivery of learning programs across the organization. This role leads the Docebo LMS, optimizes learning operations, and ensures a seamless, engaging learner experience while delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of the Docebo LMS, including configuration, deployment, optimization, and integration with other HR systems. Partner with stakeholders to define learning strategies and translate them into scalable technology- driven solutions. Oversee learning operations, intake processes, workflows, and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across programs. Develop dashboards and reporting to measure participation, engagement, and learning effectiveness; provide actionable insights. Serve as the primary liaison with LMS vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and alignment with organizational priorities. Mentor and guide team members, promote best practices, and contribute to process documentation and operational excellence. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Deep expertise in Docebo LMS administration, governance, and reporting. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, multi-modal learning, and learner experience design. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to collaborate across stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of LMS experience, with a manager or lead-level focus. Experience leading complex learning initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in Docebo LMS and reporting/analytics tools. Preferred: Experience with LMS integrations, learning dashboards, or educational technology tools to enhance delivery and reporting. Working Conditions: Office-based or hybrid/remote as required. Standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend support for learning events.
