We are looking for a financial analyst with accounting background to support the local team with financial analysis of P&L accounts, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and support to the team before, during and after ERP conversion. HR financial support: - Prepare monthly financial reports, including variances and trend analyses, with a specific focus on PEX (personnel expenses) - Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial data and relevant KPIs relating to PEX and headcount - Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate business cases and cost-saving initiatives - Prepare presentations and dashboards for the HR VP, and key stakeholders Accounting support: - Reviews the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, which have been prepared by the Shared Service Center, chanllenges and follows up on reconciling elements from one month to another - Supports the Shared Service Center in the revamping of our account reconciliations in light og the ERP conversion ___ Are you a MATCH?
