Our client, a major electronic devices manufacturer, is currently seeking a office administrator to join their team in Mississauga, ON! This role is best suited for individuals with office administration OR receptionist experience.
The Office Administrator is responsible for day-to-day task and office management for seamless business operation. Some of the duties includes:
Shipping and receiving, Office/kitchen supply management, Facility Management
Key Responsibilities:
Answering Door and welcome visitors
Receiving and Shipping
Collect, sort and distribute all incoming mail and shipments
Preparing shipment and creating shipping bills
Assist in shipment tracking
Facilities management
Keep office /kitchen /meeting rooms/ labs organized and tidy
Kitchen and Stationery supply inventory management
Order office and kitchen supplies
Maintain coffee machines / water coolers / refrigerators/ microwaves
Support with other office administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service mindset and ideally some customer facing experience (retail/fast food exp is great)
- Basic computer navigation skills (able to use the internet and Microsoft outlook)
Work Environment
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 month contract to start with opportunity of extension OR conversion to permanent
Pay: $20 - $23/hr
