Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates the completion of LTCF/RAI-MDS assessments within established timelines, including associated assessments and care plans
Establishes an effective auditing process to ensure accurate data.
Coordinates education for new staff in relation to LTCF/RAI-MDS and POC charting.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
LTC experience and working knowledge of LTCF/RAI-MDS.
Experience as a RAI Coordinator or back up position is an asset
Effective written, oral and listening skills.
Working knowledge of PCC, Word, Excell, Power Point.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Quality Improvement Programs and benchmarking.
